If the fuel card is missing contact the fleet crew to find out more information.
If no one is aware of where the card is, and there are no tickets related to this issue the card must be replaced.
It is important to replace the card quickly. - A missing card is inconvenient to the customer and it is a security risk.
These are the steps to replace a card:
Step 1.
Sign in to Fleetcard.
Step 2.
Select Replace Card from the "Actions" collumn.
Step 3.
Complete the replacement request process.
Step 4.
Message fleetcrew to keep their eye out for a new card. It will take 5-10 days. Raise a ticket stating that a replacement card is on the way. Do not close the ticket until you have confirmation from the fleetcrew that the new card has been installed into the car.
