There may be instances where the Fuel card is either missing from the glovebox or does notwork.
If the customer needs to refuel they will be required to pay with their own funds. This process is outlined in the Fueling Instructions card in the glovebox of every vehicle.
NOTE: If the customer does not submit the receipt to us we are unable to reimburse them.
The customer must take a photo of the receipt and upload it to the app. They can do so in the 'Report Issue' section.
If the customer has already completed the booking, they will not be able to access the 'Report Issue' options. Instead they can upload the fuel reciept photograph and send via the app:
