Ordering a Fuel Card from Fleetcard

This guide will help your order a new card for a new vehicle. There is video instructions available for viewing here:

Step 1. 

Open the Google Sheets "Fleet Tracker".

Go to the 'Fuel Card Details' worksheet. 

There you can find the login detasils for the fleetcard website (You can find them below in Step 2 also) 


Step 2.

Sign in to Fleetcard.

Step 3. 

Go to Cards


Step 4. 

Request new card


Step 5. 

Press 'Continue'. no changes required. 


Step 6. 

Select the 'Fleetcard Fuel and Oil (Blue)' option from the drop down menu




Step 7. 

Enter the new car details. 


Registration: Find this on the Fleet Tracker or the Admin Dashboard under 'cars'

State: QLD

Start ODO reading: Go to Track My Ride and search the vehicle to retrieve the most recent ODO reading. https://app.trackmyride.com.au/v2/#page-vehicles


Leave Blank. Driver name, rego expiry&  internal reference



Transaction limit: 150

Daily limit: 300

Monthly limit: Blank


Product allowed: This will usually be 'Petrol' only. But sometimes it may be Diesel. If unsure- check with the Aaron. 



Step 8. 

Confirm details and order card.
