Late bookings

We know late bookings (after 5pm) will be easy to allocate a car. Of the All Day bookings. Many will be returning before 5pm.

So we should find a way to double book any booking occurring after 5pm.

Failing to do so causes problems like the one below:

[NOTE: I'm aware the full day booking is also our car, it was easier to grab on the screen shots. Its just an example, there were other "all day" bookings further to the right of the calendar that could have also been better optimised.
