There were many better options to allocate bookings into this company standard (Sportage) However because the system included the middle booking (compact) into the set then it became high value. So as a result we missed high value standard only sets, AND the compact could have been allocated to a company compact anyway.
Additionally, the 3rd booking in the Sportage was late in the day (6:30) so we know that we could have allocated that to an early returning Company Standard.
Suggestions:
1. DO not make combinations that contain Standard and Compact? [could have other implications]
2. Assume all "All Day" bookings will return by 4pm? then accept the consequences?
